Founder & Director
Shaun Hough is a supply chain transformation consultant with over 25 years of senior leadership experience across the FMCG and automotive sectors. Through his consultancy, Hough Supply Chain Consulting, he partners with organisations to unlock growth, improve margins, and build resilient, future-ready supply chains.
Shaun's career spans some of the world's most recognised consumer goods businesses. As Global Vice President for Coffee Supply Chain at The Coca-Cola Company, he led end-to-end supply chain strategy across a complex global network delivering significant improvements in forecast accuracy, service levels, and gross margin, alongside multi-million dollar productivity gains. At PepsiCo, he held a series of progressive leadership roles including Global E2E Supply Chain Director at Pepsi Lipton International and Senior Manager of the Contract Manufacturing Centre of Excellence, where he built and managed a large-scale European contract manufacturing strategy across 90+ partners.
What sets Shaun apart is a rare combination of strategic breadth and operational rigour. Grounded early in engineering and process improvement he is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt he brings a structured, data-driven mindset to every engagement. His expertise spans operating model design, integrated planning (S&OP/S&OE), co-manufacturing strategy, innovation commercialisation, network optimisation, and digital transformation.
Shaun holds an MBA in Project Management and is a Certified Project Manager (MAPM), combining strategic leadership with deep technical and operational expertise.
